Q: Where Do You Ship?
A: We ship internationally at the same flat rate!

Q: What Are Your Shipping Rates?
A: The Shipping Rate is $5.99 until you purchase $50.00 or more. Then you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING!

Q: How does free shipping work?
A: As long as you buy $50 worth of any of our products in a single purchase, shipping is free.

Q: Do You Have A Retail Store?
A: Sorry but we do not. We are only online and at select distributors.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you can exchange it for another of our products of equal or less price. Call or email us on why our product is not to your liking and ship the back to us to replace.

Q: Are your ingredients fresh?
A: All of our ingredients are locally-bought, GMO free, and with no artificial flavors or preservatives. We prioritize quality over anything else.

Q: How spicy are each of your sauces?
A: Our spices vary in both flavor and spiciness. From mild to ultra hot, look at our Catalog at the Trade Show to find out.
Q: Is there any way to try out your sauces?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not have a online sampling system. However, catch us at the Trade Show at our booth to try out our sauces.

A: We are booth 14 in the Long Island Trade Show in Farmingdale State College.
